Day 1 Amritsar:
Upon arriving at Amritsar Railway Station /Airport our Representative will meet there and drop you at Hotel. Overnight Stay in Amritsar Hotel.
Day 2 Amritsar Sightseeing:
Arrive Amritsar Railway Station. On arrival meet and greet by our representative who will take you to the hotel. Start your city tour with the blessings of Golden Temple-the most important sikh shrine which is also called Mecca for Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs., then visit Jallianwala Bagh- the place that reminds every Indian of the brutal and hearless massacre by british general Dyer. Evening visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening Beating the Retreat ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause. Return to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 3 Amritsar—Haridwar
Morning breakfast at 7:00am you will take train from Amritsar Railway station to Haridwar. Arrive Haridwar at 13:00 meet and Greet and transferred to Hotel. Haridwar stands as the gateway to the four pilgrimages of Uttranchal. Haridwar, lying at the feet of Shiva hills. According to Hindu mythology Haridwar was known as Kapilsthan. Legend has it that the ancestors of Raja Bhagirath, were consumed by fire at this spot following a curse of Rishi Kapil. For their salvation Raja Bhagirath requested the Ganga to descend on Earth. Haridwar is also famous by the names of Gangadwar Mokshadwar, Tapovan and Mayapuri. People prefer taking bath on the numerous ghats built on the river shores. It is said that taking bath here purifies the soul. Evening you visit Har ki paudi is one of the famous spot for taking holy bath, every day thousands of people come here for taking holy dip in the Ganges. In the evening a Maha Aarti is performed on this ghat. It is an event which is a must, not be missed by any visitor. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 4 Haridwar—Rishikesh
After breakfast drive 25km for Rishikesh , This city has been the place of meditation and penance by saints and ascetics . Rishikesh is one of the most popular pilgrim centres and gateway to the Himalayan Shrines of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. Haridwar is just 25km from Rishikesh in the lap of lower himalaya covered with three sides thick wooden trees and in middle holy Ganga is flowing. This considered be the best place for meditation and for yoga .Check in Rishikesh Hotel. After fresh up you will visit Bharat Mandir - Built by Adiguru Shankra Charya around 12th century, Bharat mandir is situated in the heart of the old town on the Banks of the Ganges. Detailed account of this oldest temple of Rishikesh are available in anciant record of Kearkhand. This temple was covered with massive walls.Lakshman Jhoola- is a Hanging Bridge built in 1889 this was rebuilt with iron ropes.According to Hindu History Ram brother Lakshman crossed the river here on this hanging rope bridge Here you can visit Lakshman Temple also on the west bank of the Ganga river .This bridge connects two main border areas Tehri and Pauri. One side of this bridge you can see another famous temple Shri Raghunathji temple .In evening you will visit Triveni Ghat -the main ghat in the town area where most of the pilgrims take holy dip. Every evening hundreds of pilgrims attend the Ganga Arti at the Ghat. Triveni Ghat is believed to be the confluence of the Ganga , the Yamuna and Saraswati river. The Aarti ceremony at Triveni Ghat, on the south end of Rishikesh, takes place at sunset time. Overnight stay in Rishikesh hotel.
Day 5 Rishikesh—Karnaprayag
(173km5/6hrs):After breakfast drive 173km for Karanaprayag . At arrival you will check in Hotel. Overnight stay in Karanaprayag.
Day 6 Karanparyaga—Badarinath ji
After breakfast drive Badrinath ji on the way you will visit Centuries Old Narsimha -the fourth incarnation of Lord Vishnu .Evening Arrival Check in Hotel and Overnight Stay in hotel Badarinath.
Day 7 Badrinath
After breakfast you will enjoy the beauty of Mount Neelkanth and after that you will visit the centuries old Shrine of Badrinath ( Lord Vishnu is being worshipped here ) followed by excursion of Vasu Dhara ( 05 kms ), Vyas Cave ( a famous saint who meditated for many years and after enlightment wrote book Mahabharat )and Bhim Bridge. In the evening, visit Mana village, the last motor able village on the border of Indo-China. Overnight stay at Badarinath ji Hotel.
Day 8 Badrinath ji—Rudraprayag
After breakfast drive 138km for Rudraprayag .Evening reach at Rudraprayag. Check in the hotel. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag Hotel.
Day 9 Rudraprayag—Kedarnath
After Early breakfast drive 77 km for Kedarnath . Upon arrival Check in the Hotel. After fresh up start 14km trekking to reach Kedarnath through the panoramic valley of Mandakini. Sri Kedarnath ji shrine, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva the protector and the destroyer. Shiva, is considered the embodiment of all passions-love, hatred, fear, death and mysticism. Evening came back to Hotel and Overnight stay in Kedarnath Hotel.
Day 10 Kedarnath ji—Devparyag
After breakfast drive 147km for Devparyag . Upon arrival check in the Hotel at Devparyag. Overnight stay in hotel at Devparyag.
Day 11 Devparyag—Gangotri
After breakfast drive 178 Km 6-7 Hrs for Gangotri .Upon arrival check in the hotel near Gangotri Dham. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 12 Gangotri—Uttarkashi
After breakfast visit Gangotri . Mythology of this Dham is The Pandavas, it is said that they came here to perform the great Deva Yajna to atone for the death of their kinsmen in the epic battle of Mahabharat. The temple itself is situated on the right bank of the Bhagirathi. The temple was constructed in the early 18th century by a Gorkha Commander Amar Sigh Thapa also visit Bhagirath Shila -where King Bhagirath worshipped Lord Shiva, Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. After Darshan drive 112km for Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi Hotel.
Day 13 Uttarkashi—Yamnotri
After Breakfast drive 180 km to Yamnotri. Evening reach Yamnotri , Check in the hotel and Overnight stay at Yamnotri Hotel.
Day 14 Yamnotri
After breakfast visit Temple of Goddess Yamuna-The temple was built by Maharani Gularia of Jaipur in the 19th century. Surya Kund-There are a number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple which flow into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund. Divya Shila - A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple. Here you have to go on foot 14-kms to reach Yamunotri. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 15 Yamnotri—Mussoorie
After breakfast drive 170km for Mussoorie the famous hill station in India . The highest point in Mussoorie, Lal Tibba gives you splendid view of the landscape around. At arrival check in Hotel .After fresh up Evening you will enjoy Kempty Falls is 15km away from Mussoorie .Back to hotel Overnight stay in Musoorie.
Day 16 Mussoorie - Haridwar
After breakfast Drive 112km via Dehradun Back to Haridwar .Evening you will reach at Haridwar .Overnight stay at Haridwar Hotel.
Day 17 Haridwar
After breakfast rest of the day at your leisure till we transfer you to Haridwar Railway station for your onward / return journey.
