Day 1 Arrive

 
Srinagar by morning and get transferred to the houseboat, at Dal Lake, Srinagar. Check-in to the houseboat, freshen-up and relax for a while, before taking a trip to Gulmarg. The ski slopes of Gulmarg have become world famous and is highly admired by those travelling for Kashmir Houseboat Tour. The golf course of Gulmarg is one of the highest ones in the world. A gondola ride here is must and further a visit to St Mary's Church, Baba Reshi Shrine, Khilanmarg, Kongdor, Alpather Lake and Maharani Temple are also not to be missed. if time permits, avail a shikara ride in the evening and serene settings of Dal Lake. Return to the houseboat by late evening, have a sumptuous dinner and retire to rooms to sleep overnight.

Day 2 Srinagar

After having breakfast at the houseboat, set out for a day trip to Sonmarg as part of your Kashmir Houseboat Tour. Sonamarg is roughly 90 kms in distance and 3 hours by road. As a place, it?s called 'Meadows of Gold' and is famous for its natural beauty, greenery, flowers, pine forest and lovely Himalayan settings. Plan for a day and return to Srinagar by evening. After having dinner at the houseboat, retire to the rooms and sleep overnight.

Day 3 Departure

Spend another pleasant morning of your Kashmir Houseboat Tour before leaving the city. After breakfast, check-out and return to Srinagar. If time permits, visit Nishant Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Hazarathbal Shrine and Sankaracharya Temple in the morning, before returning. Get transferred to airport and board the return flight back home.
